Is there really a big difference in them or is one as good as the other?

I have used a CBFM several times in my long TTC time and always found it useful. This last cycle I OV'd on CD12 which is early for me and I would have missed it had I not used the CBFM.

Did you do anything different that you think might have helped you ovulate earlier? I am on CD17 with a 30 day cycle, and still have not ovulated yet!
