CD 1 anyone? new plans?

Welp the witch got me this morning. At the GYNOs office i might add. I know cruel isnt she. Im not super bummed just wanted to see if any of you ladies are on CD1 today and what your plan of attack is for this cycle? Adding anything new? Stopping things that are not working? Trying different baby dancing techniques? I want to hear it all ladies

Hi waiting for AF t arrive in 2 days if on time. & then onto first cycle trying aftr mc in Nov. also hav a DS who is 6 & wil b doing what i did both cycles i got my bfp. Currently on prenatals pregnacare & wil b using opks again & preseed on fertile days also following smep plan again. Wrkd both times for me in past! Good luck im excited t try again but first time took yrs needed clomid too. Second took just one cycle so lets see third time lol. Both times i did conceive is only tomes i did what i mentioned above tho x

Oh yea & to go more into detail lol lay for 20 mins afterwards with pillow under butt when bedding haha

Sounds like a great plan im going to chart this cycle....well atleast attempt too. Ive set an alarm from 8-845. Three alarms going off every fifteen mins. Im a heavy sleeper. Put thermometer under my pillow for easy access. Took first temp ever this morning and to my surprised felt very empowered. This cycle is more of a mointering cycle. We are ttc but we are super relaxed about it. So ive decided to bd wenever i want naturally and temp. I have been ttc on and off for 20 months now but have never charted temp so using this cycle to get "educated"

AF just got me too - going to chart again this month. Took 2 months off of it just trying to chill and not over analyze but you're right - I felt more empowered when I did it! Also an OPK which I messed up last month, I think. Poas longer than the 3 secs and never got a peak, just highs. I'm also on prenatal vitamins but have been for some time now. Maybe I'll look into other supplements next round if this month doesn't work! Good luck to you!

Hi ladies! After a mc at 8 weeks on September I have started soy isoflavones to help produce a healthier egg and move ovulation day forward this cycle. My lp is a smidge short so hoping this will increase my chances I am on day 4 of 5 taking them and currently on day 6 of this cycle. I am temping as well to see if o date does in fact change. Right now I o every cycle o cd 19 so here's hoping cycle one of soy ISO will help me catch my rainbow baby!!

Hi smep worked for me last time. First cycle! Theres a group somewhr on here whr i would stalk lol just t get info on smep & seemed alotta women conceived with that nedding routine. I tried it & like i said wrked first month.
I'v never temped think i become too pbsessed as it is would overwhelm me. But i think if aftr trying for few months if nothing happens will look into it

I'm CD 9 here. I've added royal jelly to the mix. I've read it takes at least 3 months to notice any effects. We're not BDing every day of the fertile week like we did last month, too exhausting

This cycle I also began temping which I'll do from now on. We're using Preseed so hopefully it pays off this month. TBH I was hoping, after reading a ton of success stories, it would work on the first try. Oh well, BFP or not, this month will be a good one

Cupcake i lov preseed! I conceived twice using that & gt the one with syeinges that u insert didn't nd as much as it said on box tho half of that i used around fertile days. Lol to the bedding bit being exhausting i knw wat u mean we hadn't bed so much in months as we did that month doing smep & anythng spontanious & exciting went out of window aftr third day! he was ok about it tho & kept asking 'if u didnt orgasm could u stil get preggaz lmao' well i did! Good for him as i think the next cycle we wudv both given up. Well here goes t that again wer both up for smep again but it does become abit boring i must admit but dh & i just hav a laugh about it laterhoping it happens sooner than later for us all
