Well Af got me 3 days late-the bitch! Was convinced this was our month. Still trying to be positive it's been 9 months ttc so far but I have a feeling it will happen soon. As I'm 38 (39 in Nov) there is an air of desperation.
This month I'm going to:
Give up alcohol (will help with £'s and loosing pounds!)
Reduce caffeine to one cup a day
Exercise/move more
try and eat less crap more healthy nice food
Have date nights with Phil
Shag Phil to death on my fertile days ha ha!
Stay positive (hard one)
Anyone got any cunning plans?
