O.k :witch: showed up full force last night at 11pm...

Now am i CD1 or CD2 today?????????

I am confused?????

My FS told me to count the first day you wake up with AF as CD1. It worked okay for me as I usually got AF first thing on a morning anyway.

Sorry to confuse the issue further ...

Thanks hun, but if i had to take today as CD1 i would only get AF again on CD29???? and got my cycles down from Cd100/177 down to CD31, and if i count today as CD2 i would have had 2 months now with a 28 day cycle..?????:dohh::dohh::dohh:

I don't think one day makes that much difference when your cycle length is regularly below 35 days, and if you can keep it to 29 days each month then that's great!!

My friend heard something recently that the best cycle length to have to stand the best chances of getting pregnant, is 29 days. So :yipee: for your good cycle length!!!

CD2 ...i heard any bleed that come after 10 pm should be count as the next cd day in a cycle:)

CD1, if you went to bed at say 10pm, then you wouldnt know what time you started your bleed and find it in the morning, and therefore today would be CD 1. I think for the sack of it being 1 hour prior to midnight, it is better to call today your first day!
