CD1 ??? Plz help

Af has finally come to see me. YAAAYYYYYY
Do I count today as CD1 ??? Is it right that ovulation usually takes place about 14 days after last day of AF or is it 14 days from today ? HELP I'm very confused.com

your cycle starts on cd1, ovulation "usually" takes place on cd14 in a 28 day cycle but not always the case.

For example I usually have a 26 day cycle ond O on cd12 giving me a 14 day leuteal phase. It is this LP that shouldn't vary but the O day can I have O'd on cd10 and cd14 I think I had a cd13 once but have never had a cd11 lol. However my LP has always been 14 days.

Everyone is different and the 14 day thing is an "average". You reall ynned to chart or use OPK or really watch for other fertility signs to be sure you catch that eggy.
