CD19 no smiley face yet

Hi guys I'm new to this site so please bare with me!

As the title says I'm on cd19 and I still haven't had a smiley face yet! This is only my second month using OPK's and I had my smiley face on cd16 last month (unfortunately the other half went away that weekend for the football so that was that for last month lol)

I'm wondering if the surge may not have been picked up or if I am just being impatient and paranoid!

Can anyone give me any advice?
