Bit of background: had bloods taken years ago LH:FSH ratio was 4.5:1 which resulted in me getting a scan where many cysts were found on my ovaries and hence being diagnosed with PCOS. DD took 3+ years to conceive even though I had regular 28 day cycles and ovulate every month. Period were 6 days long and very heavy.
Just over a week ago had bloods taken again which shows LH:FSH to be 1:1. My periods are now light and short (2/3 days). Periods are every 28 days still and ovulate every cycle.
Can PCOS disappear?
