CD21 with cramps?

Hi everyone, hope all is well xx
Been ttc for just short of 3 years, I am CD21 at the moment of a fairly regular 31 day cycle, give or take no more than a day, woke up this morning with what felt like AF cramps, felt gutted then looked in my diary and realised it was only CD21, trying not to folow my days too much at the moment or I would normally immediately know that these werent af cramps. Any ideas what they could be? had them 3 times today so far, really very similar to AF cramps, where i feel as though I need to sit with a wheat bag, but they dont last as long, any suggestions welcome xx

Can't say that I have noticed this before, I have had little niggling cramps but nothing really that I would compare to af cramps if that helps? xx
