CD3 Blood test progesterone?

Ok I'm totally confused went today to get my CD 3 bloods taken for egg reserve. I've already been to get the CD21 bloods for ovulation which were ok. I've been before to get CD3 bloods and the nurse sent them off to be tested for the same hormones as CD21.

The Doctor told me she would write on my notes for this time exactly what was to be tested for. Sooo this morning the nurse asked me what the bloods were for and I told her they were CD3 fertility test and she looked up my notes.

The nurse told me she was sending them off to test for progesterone levels and wrote on the slip CD3.

I had thought that progesterone was tested for ovulation on CD21 though, am I wrong or has she just sent off for the wrong thing again?

progesterone is usually done on cd 21 ( of a 28 day cycle) to see if you're Ov... As part of my cd 3 they did a test for
thyroid function
serum LH
serum fsh
serum testosterone
serum sex hormne binding glob (????? not sure what this is, but is on the list)
R testosterone/shgb ratio

Hi thanks, that's what I thought I guess I will be heading back for more blood tests! That will be the second time they will have sent off the blood to be tested for the wrong thing.
