Day One

• 
  One Choc Celeb Slim Bar
  One Stick of Celery
  One Choc Celeb Shake
  One Stick Of Celery With 1teaspoon L/C Spring Onion Dip
  One Chicken Breast With Lettuce, Cabbage, Grated Carrots
  Not had supper yet but will have half a cup full of berries
  
  Drank - 1.25 litres of water so far

Feel fine and found that if you drink plenty of water the headache doesnt stick x x

celebrity Shake - Caramel
celebrity slim snack caramel bar
Celeb Shake - Strawberry
Celery
Chicken & Salad
Celeb slim snack mint bar

2ltrs water so far

Day three:

B- vanilla shake
S- CS snack bar
L- Choc Mint Shake
S- 2 sticks of celery
D- Chicken an salad
S- berries an natural yogurt

to see if your in ketosis you can get some strips from the chemist to pee on they arent expensive amazon and ebay also do them theyre called ketostix, other ways to tell although not entirely reliable are lack of hunger, thirsty, pee smelling odd and funny breath

S- 30g nuts
L- CS Meal Replacement Bar
S- 2 sticks of celery
D- Chicken with lots of salad
S- Berries - no natural yogurt - its yack

Day 5:-

B- Banana Shake
S- 80g Tuna with loads of lettuce and pepper an celery
L- Nothing
S- Sugar Free Jelly with 8 blueberries
D- Cajun Chicken with pepper and onion
S- not had yet xx
