Cervical abrasion and home birth

Hi ladies, I know I'm early on in my pregnancy but I'm already looking into a home birth as I would dearly love not to have to go anywhere near a hospital this time.

I was diagnosed with a cervical abrasion pre pregnancy and I'm already getting spotting with it. I was wondering if anyone else has had a cervical abrasion and gone on to have a home birth.

I suppose I'm worried that I'll go into labour, my cervical abrasion will start bleeding and I'll be whisked into hospital because of the bleeding.
