Cervical Cryosurgery-Spotting 9 days before AF

Hello Everyone,
I'm not sure where to put this question, or if it has been asked before. I had cervical dysplasia and it was treated on Oct 16th with cryosurgery, everything went just fine I had no bleeding up until my period 4 days later. The next month (Nov) my period came a couple of days early and was normal. This month (Dec) I have been spotting for almost 6 days (a week before AF), a mixture of brown and red. Has anyone had this? I talked to my obgyn and he said to wait one more period to see if I spot again after this one, and that it shouldn't be related to the cryosurgery, and may be IB!? Thanks for any help

It could be. I had been ttc for 36 cycles and it wasn't until after my leep procedure that we finally conceived.
It was a couple months afterward that I got my bfp.
The spotting could be ib but it could also be your cervix healing.

Thank you so much for replying, I haven't had any luck conceiving over the years. I have heard some women get pregnant following theses types of surgery! I hope that is the case, because I am not supposed to be bleeding.
