cervix and sore nipples

I haven't TTC yet but I begin to observe my cycle and I have a question. the last 2 days I had the EWCM, 3-4 days until now the ovaries hurt me, and today I started to sore nipples. My cervix is high and hard. Today I have 23 days cycle. I thought that these symptoms are at ovulation? So what is it? I was usually 28 days cycle but last I extended to 43 days. This can also be extended? I don't understand this, can someone help me?

sore nipples for me was always either pregnancy or the pill. If you could be pregnant I would take a test, cervix sounds normal, it can move down really at any point for af and doesnt usually change for pregnancy till around 6 weeks in.

i tend to get sore nipples around and after OV so you could maybe be the same
