Hi
I've had several check ups and physio since I had my gorgeous healthy baby. All seems to have recovered well enough aside from the physio and GP both commenting my cervix was quite low. They asked me to cough and said it wasn't a prolapse, but just lower than typical.
I had a feel and - sure enough - there it is - about a finger length up from the entrance. I have never been able to feel my cervix before - ever - so this is definitely LOWER than ever before.
I don't really feel any heavy sensation but the vaginal canal doesn't feel long and smooth and tight like it used to.
I just finished breastfeeding.
Has anyone else had this? From reading, it does seem like a mild prolapse. Any stories of them getting better? Perhaps when you stop breastfeeding and oestrogen increases?
I just feel gross and am too terrified to do anything like lift anything or go jogging in case it all falls out
