Cervix, what are you doing??? Help!!!

Doesn't a high soft open cervix mean ovulation is on its way?? I def have cm but it doesn't feel like ewcm whatsoever... Is that normal??

I've been having twinges and crampy on my right side as well. I don't ever know if I ovulate, so please share some light!!
