Change in nappy habits!

Hi all, I don't really know where to post this but thought I'd try here as a start. My lil one is almost 6 months old and for the past few months I've been combi feeding as I had to go back to work. It took ages to get her to take a bottle but recently we seem to have cracked it.

Well, she was always a "once every three or four days" kind of nappy filling gal. Now she seems to be a three or four times a day kind of gal! It's explosive too - three vests yesterday (and quite liquid, sorry TMI)!!! I was wondering if it was the formula but last week was half term and I fed her exclusively and it was still happening. Should I be worrying or taking her to the doctor??

(I have just started her on a lactose free formula wondering if that might help. I've tried to be as dairy free as I can since I started BF as I thought she might have been lactose intolerant.)
