hello- I am 23 weeks with twins- 2nd preg- 1st one went great- went in for a cervical check and my cervix was going from long to short as we watched- they told me that's from contractions- (I am not feeling them) there was also funneling, went on bed rest, quit my job (was going to after babies came anyway) went back 1 week later same thing but measurements worse- so now I am on progesterone cream. Can't help but wonder if this was happening when pregnant with my son- but we just never knew because we never checked- but they told me its not preterm labor- I am just showing signs that it could turn into that.

Anyone else have the changing cervix?? If so what happened?

Thanks!!!!!

My cervix has been shortening and funneled some at 24ish weeks and I'm also having twins. All my measurements and stuff are in the first post of my journal. I'm still baking and have a plastic/rubber pessary to hold the babies off my cervix.

Thanks for responding- I will check out your journal. I have never heard of a pessary used. Hope you keep baking!!:winkwink:
