Changing Meds this month, need advice please!

Greetings to all. I have a quick question; yesterday we went to see our new RE. I had been taking Clomid+Repronex and using Novarel as an HCG trigger. The new dr. is dropping the Clomid, and switching me from Repronex to Menopur. Does anyone know the big difference in the two, or had success with 1 versus the other? He is also moving me from Novarel (Hcg) to Ovidrel for my trigger. I'm not sure, but he seems to have his reasons, and I am willing to try pretty much anything after these past failed cycles.
