chart stalkers welcome---ANOVULATORY CYCLE??

Hi Ladies!

First cycle off bcp and ttc#1. Started temping later in the month. Anyone think I had an anovulatory cycle? FF seems to think so...no cross hairs.

From what information is available, I don't see any indication of ovulation in that cycle. I've heard it's pretty normal for women to have at least one anovulatory cycle a year, so I wouldn't worry about it unless it's a pattern or something you've noticed happening often.

Thanks for the help. It's my first cycle off and a complete newbie. I started temping after finding this site. So I am not familiar with charts and temping all that much yet. First cycle off bcp, I had no idea what to expect. Hopefully since I am on cycle 2 now, I'll actually see some ovulation going on within the next couple weeks.

My first cycle off bcp was anovulatory also FF just goes by a generic 28 day cycle then tailors each month based on the information you put in, the more months go by the now info it will have to detect your average cycle info a year on I have a 7 day potential ov date each month

Thanks for the response patience. Was the first cycle your only anovulatory one?

That looks like my first cycle off the pill. It was 39 days and anovulatory.

That's the only one I've had yeah since coming off my cycles gave been a bit wonky but not horrific, ov between cd15-cd23,almost always around cd23 when I wasn't taking fertilitea (has vitex in) or after the chemical cycles, though my luteal phase is always between 9-11 days (got to 13/14 dpo last month by taking crazy amounts of progesterone cream and vit b6, it made me unwell) I also have lining issues (light periods) bcp should come with a warning label :/
