Charting experts... help!

It's winter here and my bed is super warm compared with the room (we don't have heating). My BBT is always much higher when I first wake than after I've got up and got my kids up, made lunches for school etc. I know you're supposed to temp first thing but isn't your BBT supposed to be at its lowest then? Help!
 
I don't know about that, but I would think that as long as you are consistent, it should be fine. It's not the actual temp that matters, but the pattern. Good luck!
