checking your cervix?

Sorry about all these posts... My mind is doing overtime atm!

2 days late, 16dpo, cramps and discharge.

My question is, and please excuse my naivety, but how do you check your cervix? ...what am I feeling for?

How should it feel if I were pregnant?

Its killing me waiting to see if AF arrives...

Just FYI, checking your cervical position isn't always a very good indicator of pregnancy. I never really charted CP but I did check CM internally, so obviously always felt my cervix throughout my cycle. The month I got pregnant it was very high right after ovulation for a few days, but around the time I got a BFP at 10 dpo, it had started to drop. It stayed pretty low (even lower than I'd noticed while TTC) until just the past week or two (I'm now 15 weeks pregnant). I think it's so variable that it's not a great way to figure out whether your pregnant. Just take a test and don't worry too much about your cervix. Good luck!

Thanks for that. I have also been wondering about how to check cervical position to just try to help figure out when I ovulate.
