Chemical Pregnancy after TTC? Help.

I have had three previouse miscarriages all at 4 - 6 weeks pregnant. The last one was 2014 when I went for my 6 week scan and there was no sign of the baby after being admitted to AE with severe bleeding.

I am on the mini pill (cerezette) but I havent taken it a the prescribed time for the past month and suspected I may of gotten pregnant. I started spotting pink blood a week before my period was due. It was hardly there and very light. My period was 4 days late and up to that point I had all the pregnancy symptoms

- sore breasts
-heartburn
- tiredness
- nausea
But all my preg tests were coming up negative. Then I started having cramps and felt like i was getting my period but it never came. But now for the past 2 days I have had period like bleeding (brown/light red) .

I still feel the symptoms though , my breasts are sore , I feel sick when I eat and I still feel nauseous. My stomach is still bloated. Is it possible that I have had a chemical pregnancy and not known?. I know most people get a positive test before this occurs so I am really confused.

I thought I may still of been pregnant but I dont think it is likely now with the bleeding and negative tests.

Any guidance is appreciated.

It sounds like it may have been a CP but your levels just never reached high enough for a positive test. Sorry hun I would count the first day of bleeding as CD1 for this next cycle. Have you had your progesterone tested? You might try using natural progesterone cream...it's over the counter and my naturopath put me on it for early miscarriages...

Thanks Tweety. I thought it must of been a chemical. I have had one before but prior I had a positive test then a negative one the next day. I must of just missed the time frame to realise I was pregnant.

I haven had my levels tested. Maybe it is something I should think about?. Thanks again for the reply.
