Chest back and throat pain???

So every so often today I'm experiencing pain in my upper back and chest, and my throat feels like its burning! I assumed indigestion because of the way my throat felt, but it's happening any number of hours after eating.

I read somewhere that high BP can cause symptoms like these but my bp is always fine, or low, at my checkups.

Anyone had any experiences with pain like this?

Yes I have and it was heart burn. I never get it around meals, it can occur anytime

That is heartburn. I suffer from is almost constantly, regardless of what or when I eat. A cold glass of milk may offer some relief, gaviscon is probably your best bet.
