chicken pox 2nd time?? or something else!?

dd1 had chickepox at age 2, she had a good covering - although when her little sister dd2 at the time 12m caught them from her she was covered in them compared to dd1!

5 years on, dd3 who is 3 had a bad dose in the hols - none of the others caught it which i didnt think they would as they had already had it.

2 months later & there has been an outbreak at dd1 & dd2 school - over 20 kids over past 2 weeks have been off!! (only 70 in whole school!!)

dd1 3 days ago came out with about 20 spots on top of her back - all red & raised with pin prick heads (no pus though or pus filled... none looking scabby 3 days on...) ive kept her off school but is this likely to be 2nd time chicken pox or something different!?

baby son had hand foot & mouth a week ago - could it be linked to this!?

... or shall i just go to the doctors

I would go to the drs just to get it checked out in case it isn't pox. You can get chicken pox more than once.

weve had chicken pox twice the first time was really bad and the second wasnt bad at all just a few spots here and there.
