Hello again, I put a question about chicken pox on yesterday, thank you for the replies. I have 1more question, my daughter has a few lumps on her head, I've parted her hair and found the spot but there is 1 lump there but no spot, is that just one that hasn't come through or something I should be worried about

Probably a spot that hasn't come out. But keep an eye on it and re-check once all the spots have gone.
