Chicken Tonight - Red Wine Sauce

Hey ladies, we had chicken chassure this evening which was a 'chicken tonight red wine sauce'. Is it safe to eat? You simply marinade raw chicken in it and then bake it all in the oven for an hour. I've eaten it now but starting to wonder if I should have or not :s

Doubt there is any alcohol content but of there is it would be tiny and it would burn off during cooking
 
I would think the amount of red wine actually in it is probably very tiny!
 
I've eaten it a few times. Hadn't thought anything of it.
 
I put wine in quite a lot of things I cook! The alcohol burns out when heated, or atleast most of it does anyway xx
 
I've been using alcohol regularly in cooking throughout my pregnancy and my baby is fine ; wine in sauce and ale in my steak pie :thumbup:

It burns off anyway when you cook.
 
as long as everything was fully cooked, you're fine. Any alcohol that goes into a cooked dish burns away, leaving just the flavors.
