Child benefit and birth certificate receipt...

Howdy ladies

Do you know if they send back the birth certificate in a separate letter from the notification of child Benefit confirmation etc.

I've received my notification letter when wnd how much etc but not the birth certificate....

I was gonna post this myself as I've had my award letter throughout no birth certificate. Hopefully it's for security that they send them back separate!x

Yes it gets sent seperately, always later so dont worry!

Yes its always sent separately and usually just a week or so later

How long were you waiting on a confirmation letter back? I sent off all the stuff 9 days ago, just curious how long it took for you all to receive anything through the post?

I got my birth certificate back today - three days after CB confirmation letter.

It took around two weeks for the confirmation to come back after posting. But it's back dated until after birth.
