I Sent my claim form of at the beginning of the week, just wondering how long it took for them to sort yours out? Oh and also the child tax credits form cos i need to no if im on the higher rate to the family element so i could claim the surestart grant ? Thnaks x

if you havent heard by about wednesday i would call them and check they got it and if its been processed
