Child Support Hearing crappy

so went back to court on ther 31 for child supprot and it was a joke.

brings his pregnant girlfriend for sympathy,shows up with none of the papers hes supposed to, and asks for an adjournment so he can get a lawyer.
Really he wants to put it off after youve had 6 months already. so its been put off till august , however if in august he shows up without his finiacial papers and pay down his child support arrears they are going to finailize our order without his consent, so basically i get what ever i want.

im not happy about any of this. hes asking to lower his child support payments and wants me to take my LO out of the amazing daycare hes been in for 2 years to save him 100 dollars a month. He has not made a full child support payment ever since we went to court when my sons was 9 motnhs old and now wants it lowered because he cant afford to support his pregnant girlf friend because she quit her job and dropped out of school when she got pregnant.

like really? im sorry but shes lazy as can be and hes stupid. Im sorry but he needs to pay for the kid whose already here not be worried about supporting some fat girl who shouldnt have been more then a one night stand. I have no sympathy that hes got another baby on the way especially since i didnt see a penny from him until my sons was almost 1. I worked and went to school full time until 2 days before i gave birth and paid for everything for him by myself. all he paid for was one 12 dollar pack of preemie diapers.

I am not sure how it works in Canada but could he be doing this so that way when you go back to court his girlfriend will have had the baby and they will take that in to account or could he be doing it so he can work less hours and make it look like he makes less then he does?

I understand how frustrating it can be my FOB who i'v known for years was very good and supportive about the baby at first was going to help in every way and was set on being a good dad then one week he randomly decided it was too much for him and he doesn't want to be a dad. So i'm stuck paying for the the crib,clothing, car seat and everything needed for when the baby gets here. Thanks to my grandparents they are helping me pay for and buy alot for LO the things FOB was supposed to be helping me with. I really hope that things turn out for you with FOB paying child support eventually the courts will catch on and you'll get some more money towards your LO I know how hard it is having to pay for everything alone and FOB takes no responsibility. I wish you the best! I'll also be going through the child support process once LO is born i'm hoping it will end up okay.
