Child tax credit not been paid

I've been looking at my bank statement and noticed my child tax credits were last paid in April. I've tried to phone the tax credits helpline to find out what's going on but haven't been able to get through. (First time after spending time navigating their overly complicated automated system it just told me to try again later. Second call I'm actually still on hold, with no end in sight!)

I've not recieved a letter or anything saying they were going to stop, and I've not recieved a renewal pack/letter yet. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? I've only been claiming since LO was born in January and my cicumstances haven't changed since then.

If you have one child and your joint income is over 26k or if you have 2 children or more and earn I think joint 32k then you would no longer be entitled to ctc. We claimed from oct last year and ours stopped end of march as our earnings are more than 26k

I managed to get through to them and that's pretty much what they said. We now earn too much as they've changed it.
