Is the woody thing like brand new? Was thinking of my nephew but dont want him or my sister to tell it's second lol if you get me xx

Its a complete set hon and the box isnt bashed or anything...Am not sure if the parts came in those little plastic bags currently its all loose in the box. The backdrop card for the stand that woody stands on is in mint condition so I guess it could pass as new except its not in those little plastic bags that toys come in
