What exactly does it due? Will it help me even if I have a normal period? Advice please!!!!
 
I thought it was to help ovulation! Hope I'm not wrong!
 
hey... this is my 1st time on it.. was told it will help produce better/healthier eggs for "o" but it not ttc then it should help with "p"
