christmas presents for tweens (age 10-12)??

so any ideas if you have older children what your gonna get them? my daughter nearly 12 too old for toys, but too young for ipods iphones etc, anyone know what they are getting their young teenagers??

she likes make up clothes nail varnish et, but i usually buy these bits for her birthday which is in october, such a hard age as clothes can are bought all the time, just wanted to get her somethig she would really love, she enjoys music, so might get her tickets to see a concert?!!!

I don't think it is too young for iPods actually. Music is for any age and an ipod means you can store all your music in one place. I had a walkman from the age of 8 or so and I loved it. Meant I could listen to my music loud without disturbing the rest of the house

^ Yea it doesn't need to be an actual ipod does it? Other mp3 players are great and not as pricey

A concert could be a great idea too!
