Chronic lyme, misscarriage and pregnancy

I had 2 chemical pregnancies the past months and wonder if my chronic lyme has anything to do with it.
All I notice is my lyme is very affected by pregnancy hormones. It flares up a bit, then settles and with every hormone surge flares up again.
Yet since it is neurological, I would not expect it to affect my pregnancy? Any ideas?
 
Have you spoken with your doctor? From what I know, Lyme disease can result in an inflammatory response in your organs which could make it hard for implantation to happen successfully according to some theories. I say can because I don't know if that's always the case, or if your disease progressed to that level.

Other possible causes:

-genetic abnormalities with egg or sperm
-genetic abnormalities with the embryo
-low or inadequate progesterone
-inflammation within the uterus
-weak ovulation resulting in a weak corpus luteum
-genetic mutations within mom (MTHFR)
-antiphospholid syndrome (blood clotting issues)
-elevated natural killer cells

Because you've had two losses back to back you might want to consider just having a chat with your doctor for a simple workup. After my last chemical, we noted that my progesterone was low and my uterine lining was super thin which would have made implantation difficult.
