My big boy arrived at 12:45 am 10-8-14, 8lbs 11oz 20in long.
Woke on the 7th at about 5 cramping harder than normal. Showered and did dishes to see if there was a change and tried to rest but could as they were to uncomfortable. Slowly progressed through the day and got closer. At about 4 we headed to the hospital. Got there about 5 and was 3cm and 80% monitored for an hr and moved to a 4 and 90. Got in my room with a tub!! Was very excited about it. walked out and got our bags and walked around for a bit. Around 9 pm was a 6 and got in the tub HATED IT!!! Because I hit active labor when I got in! Had better contractions about 1:20 apart. Got out and in bed to see if I could rest, didn't happen! Hit transition and wanted Something to help rest... was too far along to get it thankfully. Was an 8 around 11pm. Pushed for 15 min at 12:45 he was born!!!!!
Thankful for the most amazing husband who helped me achieve my goal of unmedicaited birth!
My lil one is being monitored for fast breathing but he's is doing well!
