clary sage oil

Anyone know anything about clary sage oil and its use to increase contractions? Xx

My friend had an 8-hour all natural labour last year with her first baby and used a clary sage candle which she believes helped her contractions stay strong and regular. She went all the way to 10cm at home so maybe it helped somewhat! It's made me think about getting a candle anyway!
