Ok, so I have 4 children to buy for this year aged 4 (nearly 5), 19 month, 12 month and 3 month. I have decided that I would like to buy them some classic childerns books, something they can hopefully enjoy for years and treasure.

I can only think of a handful tho so was wondering if you guys could help me out.
So far I have thought of:

Twas a night before christmas
The Beatrix Potter collection
The Wind in the Willows

Were going on a bear hunt (not a classic but its fab)

Also some age appropriate ones would be good, although I understand that a 3 month old wont find much use with books for a while yet.

and im stuck already

help...

A collection of Hans Christian Anderson stories? More for the 4 year old I guess.

fairy tale collections
kipper books or any mike inkpen books
spot books
disney books
winnie the pooh collections
ladybird books
grandreams books
nick butterworth books
beatrix potter
enid blyton
roah dahl

that's whats lo's got atm
