cleaning cat poop off dog?

My stupid dog rolled in cat poop and I was forced to give her a bath because dh is gone. I washed my hands three times afterwards, really well. Twice with normal soap and once with dawn. I didn't directly touch the poop.. I used a wash cloth but I didn't even think to use gloves. Did I just expose myself to that taxo disease? I am freaking out now. Ugh stupid dog!!!!!

I'm sure you'll be fine, I'd just keep a lookout for any signs and get help to a dr straight away if your worried
