Our 2nd month NTNP
How many weeks does this make me? Instuctions say 5 weeks which I find hard to believe.

Im only 18 so im young but we'relooking forward to it.
I had no symptoms apart from a cold which has gone, twinges below my belly button around 13dpo and thats it, didn't think anything of it till I was 6 days late for my period

i had a test that said pregnant 3+ and had a scan 3 days later that said i was 5+3 weeks pregnant.

Congrats... the 3+ weeks means when you ovulated roughly (this is even more so correct considering your a week late, as typically ovulate 2 weeks after your period)... but when you go to the doctors there only go by the first day of your last period so that would make you roughly 5weeks giving or taking a couple of days ... x
