Clearblue O tests

Good morning ladies,

I am using the clearblue ovulation tests this month instead of cheapies and I have just gotten a flashing smiley this morning which is a day earlier than I would usually have high fertility which is annoying (OH is military and is due home on potential O day which we now might miss ) so my question is...once I get my constant smiley is it the norm of O in the next 24/48 hours?

does anyone have any experience using these? Do’s and dont’s? Accuracy?

Really going for it this cycle since my GP seems unconcerned...conceive plus lube...supplements for both me and OH...well as long as OH makes it home in time!

Hi,
I was using these tests last week and got two positives: one on Thursday around 5 pm and the next one on Friday the same time of a day. All my symptoms, including basal temperature are indicating that I ovulated on Friday overnight or Saturday morning. I tend to think it was Saturday early morning, as my temp was still low early Sat. morning.
Then I tested again on Saturday around 4 pm and test was negative,plus my CM also dried out, so I definitely ovulated by then.

Yes, definitely accurate! Forgot to mention, I also got my ovulation pain on Friday night shortly after my second positive test.
Btw, was it you mentioning on a different thread that you dh is taking Maca? just wanted to tell you that it takes up to three month for a sperm to mature, so the results will show up a bit later, if he just started taking them ( I was reading about it, as my dh is also taking vitamins for about 1,5 month), we’ll see in 2 weeks if they kicked in

Hi yes I used them last cycle and this cycle.
Last cycle I had 3 days of flashy smileys then on cd14 I got my static and ovultated on cd 15.

With this cycle I got a static smiley strait away on evening of cd9.
Was also peaking all day cd 10 but cud only use cheapies because when u get the static it stays on the screen for 48 hours.
Anyway I ended up ovulating on the evening of day 10.

I love them ovulation tests.

When u get ure static u shud ovulate 24 to 48 hours after.
I normally ovulate the day after my peak but there was one or two cycles where I actually ovulated on the same day.
