Clearblue ovulation tests

Hi all, really new to this so not sure if im in the right place

I have been trying 5 weeks now and take the ovulation tests. This week i got my first flashy smiles then today it was a solid smiley.. I went to the toliet and wiped myself and there was blood there (please see attached) do youse think my period has started.. My stomach is really hurting also.

It certainly looks like it . It could be ovulation bleeding but that does look more like the start of AF. It's weird you had a positive opk if it is AF. I didn't know you could release LH so close to AF.

I hope someone with more experience in the working of ovulation can give you more details as to what could be going on.

I was thinking the same surely it would take days for my period to start! Im not sure whats going on.. I might see what happens tomorrow.
