clomid and af

Hi girls, dont really post here much but lurk A LOT!
Just wondering though, have heard a lot of people say that clomid delays af. But wondering does it delay ov or does it lengthen your LP, its my first cycle on clomid and just wondering what to expect

I dont find that Clomid delays AF??? Most people have really long cycles before using Clomid, it makes you Ov earlier in your cycle and therefore makes AF come sooner (or not, hopefully!!!).

My first round of Clomid I ov'd on day 16, second round on day 14.

I think it depends where you were beforehand. I have a short LP (11 days) and have found that I ov at roughly the same time, but my LP extends to 12 or 13 days on Clomid.

So yes, it can delay af.
