Clomid and Sonograms?

Good Afternoon!!!

I am on my first round of clomid and i had my first sonogram while being on it (cd13). I have two follicles; One measuring 26mm and the other is large too, but I cannot remember the size.

Does anyone know how large they need to be to implant safely? What size is a good size?

Big Question: Will both be released? If so, what are my chances that both will be fertilized?

I did not get a HCG shot... Should I have gotten one?

Also, I had headaches and hot flashes while taking clomid. Did anyone else have side effects?

When I took Clomid a couple of months ago, I had a scan too and I had 3 follicles that were rather large. About the same as you. I did get the HCG shot but unfortunately I did not get pregnant. I am not sure about size and implantation, but I think 26mm is a great size. The larger the size, the closer you are to ovulating. The shot just helps it release. You need to start tonight! Hello...I am also on my first round of clomid CD 3 - 7. I take mine at night as the doc told me it would lessen the symptoms. The only thing I notice is that I am lightheaded during the day. But I am also on another med that has that side affect too, so probably a combination of the two. I have a scan on CD 13, so we will see!!
