Clomid and Yeast Infection???

This was my first cycle taking Clomid, cycle days 5-9. I'm now on day 14 of my cycle and am expected to ovulate today (positive opk last night and today). I'm having minor signs of a "possible" yeast infection this morning - very mild). Two questions... Can clomid cause yeast infections? And also, since I'm not certain it even is one, do I have to skip my most fertile day and abstain from intercourse? DH is just getting back in town today, so its not like we were able to do it last night. Today is really my last chance for conception this cycle. I'd be devastated knowing I had to miss my first cycle on Clomid.
