Clomid confusion

Hi.
I started Clomid got scanned and there were 3 follicles. When I went back there was 2 follicles which were a good size. And the doctor took my blood to check everything was ok. I didn't get pregnant and when I called my fertility doctor she said my blood test levels weren't as they should be. What does this mean ?
The doctor wants to keep an eye on me again this cycle but doesn't want to increase my Clomid due to the increase of multiple births. Just confused x

Without more information, which blood tests,when, what the results were, im not sure there's much advice

I would also what does he mean by blood tests weren't right. I can only guess that he means progestrone levels so I would ask for more clarification about what he meant and what do they plan to do.

My doctor has not mentioned going back in to look at my follicles and this is my first round of CLOMID, she also put me on Estradiol. Are any of you taking that at the same time?
