Clomid day 1 tomorrow and so scared of more disappointment....please help!

hello all,

My husband and I have been ttc #1 for 19 months now with no luck except for a miscarriage last year. I have PCOS but do get a regular period now again with the help of metformin which i've been on since february. The BFNs every month have taken a real toll on me and I spend most days thinking about the probability that we won't ever be able to have a baby. I'm starting clomid tomorrow for the first time and am just so scared of being hopeful and getting another 6 months of disappointment. I've all but convinced myself that this is just another attempt that won't work....

Has anyone had success with clomid who has a similar story to me? just need a bit of positivity about this so i can try to go into the next phase of my fertility challenge as optimistic as possible. Please help if you can....

I was on Clomid for two months when I got my BFP. I did have a miscarriage but they believe that my progesterone was to blame....
