Clomid didn't help

Hi,

I've just finished a 6 month course of Clomid. It worked, as in, I was definitely ovulating whilst on it, but saying that, we were pretty sure I was ovulating anyway.
But it didn't help. I didnt get pregnant.
I've had bloods, a HSG and a hysteroscopy, and despite one slightly cystic ovary, all is well. Hubby has good swimmers too.
We already have one child together, so we know it's possible, although admittedly, I'm 10 years older now, at 34.

So, now we know the Clomid didn't work, the question is, what do I do next? I literally don't know what to do

Did you try an IUI? I know that I need to get pregnant with an IUI, it doesn't work any other way.

No, we haven't tried anything other than the Clomid.
I haven't heard great results about the IUI, so not sure.
It's so frustrating coz our first pregnancy was text book normal, just don't understand what's going wrong now.

I tried Clomid for 10 months and never got pregnant despite the fact that it made me ovulate. We ttc for 4 years in total before eventually going through IVF. 2 rounds of IVF resulted in 2 pregnancies; one ended in a mac and the other, my 15 month old son. A year after having my son, I conceived naturally despite being told it wasn't possible due to endo that discovered during my c-section.

I'd look in to IUI or IVF. In my case, there was other issues aside from ovulation.

It really all depends on your issue. For some reason I can't get pregnant without an IUI. I've had 4 IUIs and it's worked 3 times.

Since you said that everything is normal but some reason you can't get pregnant, I would think that IUI would get the swimmers up next to the egg.
