Clomid for high prolactin

Hi, I was hoping for advice, opinions, experiences, anything!

I have irregular cycles (between 33 and 66 days so far) and my AF sometimes lasts up to 21 days.
After loads of blood tests, my GP says my prolactin is very high and that's stopping me from ovulating. She thinks it's my medication that's causing it to be high and the usual course of action for that is to remove the medication but since I'm at high risk of getting ill without it (I have bipolar affective disorder) she's keeping me on it and has given me clomid instead.

I've had a look round and can't find any information on treating high prolactin with clomid, so thought I'd throw it out on the forum and see if anyone could help... Thanks ladies!

There are quite a few threads on various sites regarding this question. Hopefully you can get some answers from them.

Thanks, I've had a look through them and a lot of them mention taking medication to lower prolaction either before or with Clomid. I don't think I can take meds to lower prolactin as they affect dopamine levels and that would contraindicate my bipolar meds.
It's so hard to find any information on that specific situation.
