Clomid... Let's do this

Hi all..
So I am about to start my journey with clomid to ttc no 3... Dd is 10 and ds is 8..my oh first baby.. We have been ttc for 12 months now and in this time I've only had 4 af.. Blood work had been coming back OK but ultrasound has shown my left ovary has cysits on so they are going with polycystic overys as the cause.. Af is due in the next couple of days that's if my cycle isent another 60-80day one.. Oh seman analisis came back fine so the problem is with me.. Has anybody had any advice on taking clomid?
