Clomid Question

In hopes I will get an answer....I have been prescribed clomid for this cycle and my DR wants me to start 100 mg on CD 5-9. I am spotting today now would I consider this CD 1 or do I wait for full on menstration? I think this is CD1 but I dont want to mess this up and my next apt is the 10th...Just hoping someone could please help me out.

cd 1 is the first day of full flow.
I usually start spotting a few days before flo shows

I would not worry bout the exact day u take clomid too much i started taking it on day 5 !! 1st month and still managed to get pregnant I thought taking it day 2 -5 meant on any of those days !!! good luck

i always consider spotting cd1..but i have tried taking clomid with spotting as cd1 and full flow as cd and it doesnt change anything..still ovulate the same day no matter what..so i dont think it really matters..it wont mess anything up though
